THE CONCEPT
A new kind of people investment.
I bring a rare blend of doctoral-level research, global experience in flow and high performance, and the ability to design systemic change — helping organisations build the conditions for people, teams and systems to flourish.
I work as an embedded fractional partner, typically across two to three organisations simultaneously. Each engagement is ongoing, retained, and built around your specific context — not a workshop series or a one-off coaching block, but a genuine inside presence that changes how your people and teams perform.
The science is grounded in predictive processing theory and Post-Traumatic Growth research — validated, peer-reviewed, and directly applicable to the performance and retention challenges facing organisations in mining, professional services, health, and government.
Remote-first. Available globally.
I don't come in to fix your people. I come in to unlock what's already there — and build the conditions for it to keep growing.
SECTORS
Where the work is needed most.
Three sectors with acute human performance challenges — and the appetite to address them seriously.
SECTOR ONE
Mining & Resources
High-stakes performance culture, acute burnout and retention pressures, and safety environments that demand peak human function. Significant responsibility for people investment.
SECTOR TWO
Professional Services
Law and consulting firms under intensifying AI pressure. Billable hour models create chronic stress. Talent retention is the defining competitive challenge.
SECTOR THREE
Health, NFP, & Government
Caring professions in systemic burnout. Post-Traumatic Growth and flow science are directly applicable — and rarely offered at this level of rigour.

A BIT MORE ABOUT ME
Dr. Clare Sarah Goodridge
We're at a strange moment. AI can now do more of the 'thinking' work than most of us expected even a few years ago — and yet the questions that actually determine whether someone thrives have barely changed. I've spent my career at the intersection of human potential, leadership science, and the deep question of what it actually takes for all life to flourish.
That journey took me from the Flow Research Collective, where I trained and mentored over 200 peak performance coaches and worked personally with hundreds of high-performers, to founding The Future of Flourishing and developing Human Fluency as a framework for this moment — one where the capacities that make us distinctly human matter more, not less.
I work with leaders who are ready to close the gap between how they're performing and how they're actually living. The coaching is grounded in the latest neuroscience — the predictive brain, flow states, nervous system flexibility — and in the real, sometimes uncomfortable work of becoming the kind of human worth being.
My doctoral research on Collective Flourishing underpins my work with individuals through Human Fluency, and my work with organisations through the Flourishing Business Canvas — bringing flourishing science, systems thinking and a deep commitment to people, organisations and living systems into a single, coherent practice.
I bring rigour, warmth, and a genuine belief that your development matters — not just for you, but for everyone your leadership touches.
